Mariano Belen
Soccer Coach / Trainer

BIO: Mariano was born in Argentina where began his career as a soccer player. He completed all developmental programs in Argentina and when he was 17 years old he obtained his first contract as a professional soccer player. Mariano played professionally for the Club Atletico Banfield and later came to the United States to play for the New York Fever, A-League. He began working with Globall Soccer in 2001 and continued his work as a coach with the Long Island Rough Riders until now. He coaches the Junior Rough Riders boy’s U13 team, which qualified for the North American Super Y-League Championship in Tampa after finishing in forth place in the Super Y-League in 2009.

Education: NSCAA National Coaching License 2008
