The Rough Riders have officially launched the Pre-Developmental Program, an extension of the Junior Rough Riders.
The Pre-Developmental Program will formally commence in the fall of 2010 during the annual scheduled Junior Rough Riders tryouts.
The Pre-Developmental Program is designed for players under the age of 6 and 7, providing fun, appropriate and exciting skill training and game competition at a critical age for soccer development. Participants should be passionate about playing soccer, who have experience playing as well as a platform of development.
NEW FOR 2010-11: The training will be split into East and West training groups. The East program will run at Dowling College (Shirley Campus). The West program will run at Globall Sports Centers Mitchel Athletic Complex (Uniondale).
Training dates and times are to be determined. Note: All players will be accepted to participate in the Pilot Pre-Developmental Program.
